Closures / Cancellations

Effective immediately, Phillips County will no longer rent out Roll-Off Dumpsters.

Phillips County office closures:
Monday, October 13, 2025 - Columbus Day

Open For Construction BID

Phillips County is seeking bids for the construction of a partition wall with a bank teller style window, intercom, and doorbell in the Clerk of the Court’s office. The wall will be built on top of the existing approximately 3 ½’ counter and end approximately 6” from the ceiling. The window will be 50” wide, and the door approximately 30” wide. 

Bids should be provided to the Phillips County Administration Office at 221 South Interocean Avenue, Holyoke, Colorado, 80734, and must be received by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, September 26. 

Phillips County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in bids, and to accept the bid that, in the opinion of Phillips County, is in the best interests of the County.

* The next regular Board of County Commissioners meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. The meeting will be in the Commissioners Room at the Phillips County Courthouse.
